Easy Strawberry Smoothie Recipe
There are only 4 ingredients in this strawberry smoothie and if you really pushed yourself, I bet this could be a 30 second meal. The coconut milk makes it so smooth and delicious, but you can use a different base and work with almond milk, cows milk or even water if you’re counting those darn calories.
This one’s very summery and fun. It will also give you some serious feel-good energy in the morning!
Ingredients for Strawberry Smoothies:
1 cup coconut milk, original (or almond milk, or regular milk)
1 cup strawberries (tops removed for color preservation reasons only)
1 banana
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
How to make Strawberry Banana Pineapple Smoothies:
Combine all of your ingredients in your blender in the order that they are listed (liquid on the bottom and frozen on top).
Blend until smooth and serve to the folks who have probably formed a line behind you.

Ingredients:

2 cups liquid (water, almond milk, etc.)
1/2- 1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen organic raspberries
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup frozen strawberries or blackberries
1 Tbs. chia seeds
1 handful of spinach (add in as much as you like!)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Vega Sport, optional)

Directions:

Simply combine all ingredients into Vitamix//high speed blender or food processer until thick and creamy!
Pour into a tall glass.
Add in a straw.
ENJOY!

Razzle-Dazzle

1/2 c. low-fat milk
1/2 c. nonfat Greek yogurt
2 c. frozen raspberries
2 bananas, peeled and cut into pieces
 
Directions
In blender, puree the ingredients until smooth.  To make smoothie bowl: Make Razzle-Dazzle Smoothie and transfer to bowls. Top with kiwi slices, coconut flakes, and raspberries.

1/2 cup of canned coconut milk light is ok
1 large banana fresh or sliced then frozen
1 cup of frozen mango
1 cup of frozen pineapple
Optional garnishes: Skewers of pineapple and mango, mint sprigs, lime

Instructions

Place the pineapple juice, coconut milk, banana, mango and pineapple in a blender; blend until completely smooth.
Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses and add optional garnishes if desired.

1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1 banana
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 teaspoons agave nectar or honey, or to taste

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. I do not have a regular blender, so I put everything in a deep measuring cup and use a stick blender.
